Hunting with Danny is like hunting with an old friend, even if you've just
met him. I've been blessed to hunt with many different guides over the
years, but Danny is the one guy that I have to see every year. The hunting
is always top-notch, but it's the extras and fellowship that I enjoy more
than anything. The scenery is straight out of a waterfowl magazine, the
calling is sweet music and the dog work perfect. Thanks, Danny, for the
memories.

If you are looking for a dedicated and qualified host for a hunting experience, Danny Guyer's number is one to have in your book. A true sportsman with a genuine dedication to conservation , Danny was a fixture in his family's hunting adventures from a young age. Danny has been privileged to have experienced many outstanding waterfowlers in his life, not the least of which was his father Dave, who was posthumous inductee into the Waterfowlers Hall of Fame in Mound City, Mo. Danny has been generous in sharing his hunting and dog breeding resources with many conservation groups, as well as introducing many people to the waterfowl recreation resource. As a friend and hunting compatriot for close to forty years with Danny, I salute him in his venture as he makes what is ordinary in the Squaw Creek area, an extraordinary experience for people seeking a unique outdoor experience.

I have known Dan and hunted with him off and on for over thirty-five years. He is an excellent duck, goose and turkey caller, needless to say he is an outstanding guide and host. Dan is the type that makes you feel at home and part of the hunt. Over the years we have had great success in our hunting experiences. As in all hunting there are no guarantees; however, Dan makes the best of all conditions.
As a life long hunter, 73 years of age I have seen the best and worst years of hunting. As far as my background, I have been inducted into The Waterfowl Hall of Fame, past State Chairman of Ducks Unlimited, a Grand Slam Life sponsor in Perpetuity, NRA Benefactor Life Sponsor and Past President of the Waterfowl Hall of Fame.

When one bids on a guided hunt at a conservation banquet, it can be a gamble. Sometimes things don't quite work out as planned or as advertised, sometimes you meet a great guy who runs a great operation. The later is true about Dan Guyer at Iron Duck.
Hunting with my two most favored partners, my father and brother, Dan went out of his way to make sure things went as planned. Dan's calling abilities were used several times that morning, resulting in a great mixed bag of geese and ducks. Retrieves that day were handled swiftly and efficiently by one of his fine labs. A great trip afield was had by all. Thanks Dan
